What to expect

Outboundrix is pre-launch. We have no customers yet, so there are no benchmarks, averages or case studies to publish. This page says which outcomes the product is built to move, and how to measure them on your own numbers.

Where the gains come from

Each outcome traces back to the same cause: one data model with deliverability built in.

Pipeline per rep

When a rep is not the integration layer between four tools, the same headcount works more accounts and books more meetings. Measure qualified pipeline created per rep per quarter.

Inbox placement

A sequence only works if it reaches a human. Warmup, mailbox rotation and per-send authentication are designed to keep sender reputation healthy as volume grows. Measure placement and bounce rate per sending domain.

Hours spent on tooling

The hours that went to exports, sync jobs and end-of-week reconciliation come back. Measure them the same way you would measure any recurring task.

Failure points

One data model means fewer places for a contact to go stale or a number to drift. Less breakage is itself a result: the pipeline you see is the pipeline you have.

What one subscription replaces

This is a fact about the product, not a projection: six categories that are usually separate purchases run on one data model.

  • Prospecting and enrichment
  • Sequencing and sending
  • Deliverability and warmup
  • CRM and pipeline
  • Reporting
  • The AI agent

Measure it your way

  1. 1Set a baseline on your current stack before you switch: pipeline per rep, reply rate, inbox placement and hours spent on tooling.
  2. 2Run one full sequence cycle on Outboundrix with the same ICP and the same offer.
  3. 3Compare on the same metrics. The win is usually fewer leaks and more rep time, not a single headline number.

Results depend on your ICP, your offer, your domain history and your sending discipline. When we have customer data worth publishing, it will appear here with the sample size attached.
